Scott joined The Villas at Boone Ridge as a maintenance technician in March, where his commitment to resident satisfaction and teamwork quickly stood out. Now, he’s taking the next step in his career as Assistant Property Manager at Universal at Gray Station
When asked what inspired him to move into property management, Scott shared:
“I moved into management because I enjoy connecting with current residents, welcoming new residents, and expanding my horizons. I enjoy the combination of problem-solving, working with people, taking on new responsibilities, and seeing the results of my efforts. Making a difference means a lot to me, and I feel this role gives me the opportunity to do just that.”
We’re excited to see Scott continue to grow with Universal Living and bring that same dedication to his new community.

Our Regional Area Managers recently met in the Smoky Mountain region for their monthly meeting, and this one included a few special stops! 🏡
The team toured our newly opened Universal at Strawberry Plains, including a look inside the model, before visiting The Villas at Pigeon River where Regional Property Manager Lois Campbell and her teams showed off their community.
The day ended with a great lunch and a beautiful view, making it a wonderful opportunity for collaboration, team building, and learning!

Since joining UDC in December, Quinlan has continued to grow through new opportunities and experiences. He began as an Assistant Property Manager at The Villas at Island Road and Stafford Street Village, later joining the team at Universal at Gray Station before taking this exciting next step in his career.
